Our Four Focuses

As a small congregation, we have identified the areas where our resources can contribute to the community and beyond. The following four areas are currently our main focus. 

Play Group

Offering a safe space for parents, caregivers, and children from birth to 4 yrs. old to engage in purposeful play and make new friends.

Creation care and responsible land use 

Stewardship and responsible care for the earth’s land and resources is important to our congregation.  In 2012 solar panels were installed that produce 8 kilowatts of power.  Our modern lifestyle has an impact on many people around the globe.  Reducing and recycling are focus areas for individuals of our congregation.  Material for Terracycle is collected regularly. The church garden has evolved over the years and now has a perennial plant focus.  Our large maple tree is enjoyed by many for its glorious shade and beauty.  Similar trees will be planted soon for future generations to enjoy.
